TANDOORI DISHES

The Tandoor Oven is used in the traditional cooking of Northern India and Central Asia.With a deep clay body, it is heated by charcoal from the bottom. Meats are cooked on skewers along the inner sides giving them a chargrilled flavour, whilst breads like Naan are slapped against the walls and gently come away when cooked.
